Tim Conway Biography

Andrew Astor was born in Scottsdale, Arizona and became involved with acting by watching his older sister, Isabella Astor. Andrew's first role was in the feature film called The Kingdom (2007) from Universal Pictures; directed by Peter Berg. Andrew had so much fun working with Berg, that he decided he wanted to try acting full time. He says that when he grows up, he also wants to be a director just like Berg.In addition to several national TV commercials, Andrew also has enjoyed playing a variety of characters including Young President 'George W. Bush' for the MTV series "Human Giant" (2007), Robert Darling, son of Patrick Darling (William Baldwin) on the ABC television series "Dirty Sexy Money" (2007), Gerry Respola, Jr. on the AMC series, "Mad Men" (2007). His work with Holly Hunter and Leon Rippy on "Saving Grace" (2007) was a role that challenged him as a young actor as he was severely burned on his face, arms and hands. Holly, Leon and the rest of the cast and crew had great faith in Andrew for this role and really helped him to grow as an actor which then led him to be prepared to work with the cast and crew of "ER" (1994), which was another positive experience for Andrew.For Andrew's role in the film Opposite Day (2009), he was an innocent homeless kid but with attitude and in many of his scenes, he was reminiscent of a young Dustin Hoffman. While filming the Disney movie called Santa Buddies (2009) (V) in Vancouver, he fell in love with his puppy while having a blast working with everyone and according to him, was one of the 'funest projects ever'. Shortly after, he also had a blast working with Bradley Cooper, on one of the summer's funniest blockbuster movies called The Hangover (2009),In addition to his love for acting, Andrew and his sister Isabella are also very passionate about working with organizations that help children and families in need.
