Urs Remond Biography
Born in Schoten, Antwerpen as the son of a famous Belgian politician and an even more famous Belgian-Austrian singer, Serge was predestined for a career in the public life. On turning nineteen, Serge moved to live with his aunt (the sister of his mother), who was a singer-actress in Vienna, Austria. When his Belgian passport expired, Serge asked for a renewal, which would not be granted before he had completed his army duty. He applied for an Austrian passport, which was granted after he completed his Austrian army duty. He quickly found work as an actor, and has starred mostly in German/Austrian productions, the most famous being Medicopter 117.
