Melissa Carter Biography
Melissa Carter was born and raised in Otterburn Park, Quebec, not too far from Montreal. Daughter of Katherine a school teacher and Michel a crown prosecutor. She grew up with two brothers, Karl and Daniel. She started her career in community theater at the age of 14. Her high school teacher was a huge influence on her and she later went on to study theater at Dawson College (the Dome theater). She finally jumped from theater to Film in Confessions of a dangerous mind. She has since work on other films such as Taking lives, The Woods and The Greatest Game Ever Played. In 2006 she took a step and decided to move to Vancouver. She had been there on vacation and when she returned, she packed her suitcases and hopped on a plane within ten days. Not knowing anyone, she took a leap of faith on her dreams and is currently living there.
